INGREDIENTS: Organic Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (Unifine), Organic Sucanat, Organic Non-Fat Milk Powder, Non-aluminum Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Celtic Sea Salt, Organic Cinnamon Powder, Organic Ground Nutmeg. Nutrition Facts Serving Size: 1 muffin, about 1 oz. dry (29 g) Nutrient Amount %DV Calories 100 Calories from Fat 0 Total Fat 0 g 0% Saturated Fat 0 g 0% Cholesterol 0 mg 0% Sodium 210 mg 9% Total Carbohydrate 22 g 7% Dietary Fiber 2 g 7% Sugars 8 g Protein 4 g Vitamin A 0% Vitamin C 2% Calcium 10% Iron 6% Basic Instructions: Place 5 cups muffin mix in mixing bowl. In separate dish combine 1 cup oil, 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tsp. vanilla, and 2 large eggs. Mix together liquid ingredients and add to dry muffin mix. Pour into cupcake-paper lined or lightly floured muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for about 17 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy with butter or jam. Makes 24 muffins.
