Nice boost to a small cup of soup

Two tablespoons into a cup of soup and cook for 3 minutes ~ excellent amount of nutrient rich carbs to support filling up a on quick snack. Very simple.

Great for kids

I was ordering vegetable alphabet noodles from Vitacost but they stopped carrying them so I had to look elsewhere. I’m so glad I found them here. My 5 year old approves of the new noodles! I usually sauté a bunch of veggies in olive oil, add the cooked alphabet noodles and add a generous squirt of ketchup. I usually do approximately 2/3 veggies, 1/3 alphabet noodles. Top it with some freshly grated Parmesan and it’s an easy way to get my 5 year old to happily eat lots of veggies.
