While the Thompson Select Raisin is the most commonly sold raisin, the Thompson Raisin is not as big and black as the Monucca Raisin and the Thompson Raisin lacks the natural sugar goodness we find in the Monucca Raisin. Storage/shelf life: Raisins are best stored in cool (65 degrees or less), dry (65 % RH or less) conditions. For optimal quality use product within 6 months.
