Jasmine is a naturally aromatic long grain rice originally grown only in Thailand. While cooking, this exotic rice fills your kitchen with a delicate scent. The lovely aroma and flavor are natural, nothing is added to the rice. The grains cook up moist and tender with a light, soft texture, and delicious flavor. Kosher. Cooking Instructions 1 cup Brown Jasmine rice 2 cups water or broth 1 tbsp. butter (optional) salt to taste Rinse rice. Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, stir once, reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
