These Rye Flakes are prepared with a special process. The grains are temped and rolled without the use of fats and oils, producing no harmful byproducts or pollutants. To Make Hot Cereal: Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add 1 cup rye flakes and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring, or until all water is absorbed. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand off the heat for 3 minutes.

I am on a very strict "plant based diet". I literally eat one full meal a day. No milk at all. All other dairy is okay but in very tiny amounts. Red meat, chicken and fish very small amounts. Fresh & frozen vegetables as much as I want. Fresh raw fruits. My main staple is grains. Raw oatmeal, raw rye flakes, raw barley flaked, millet, buck wheat , brown rice. All to reduce HBP, cholesterol, triglycerides, without drugs. Been working very well for 6 years. My MD says I am the healthiest 80 year old patient he has. Also eat lots of fiber wheat bran, oat bran, psyllium,. Not a pure vegetarian but close. I could go on but you get the idea. HBP can be overcome without the very dangerous drugs most doctors push
