Oat groats -- pleasant surprise!

I was never an oat person, although I was ok with steel cut oats and rolled oats on apple crisp... I love these organic oat groats, Excellent just plain or savory with mushrooms and other vegetables, or sweet with blueberries added... and excellent health benefits too :-)
