This rice is a wondeful rice just steamed by itself with a pinch of salt and oil. It's fragrant nature is best left alone. This is a slighlty sticky rice that must be rinsed well with cold running water. The ratio of 1 1/4 water to 1 rice works well. Add only a tiny bit more water than rice. A tall sided small bottomed pan helps to keep the kernels from over inflating. Total cook time will be about 10-15 minutes.
