Organic Botan Rice can also be used as dessert rice in puddings and custard molds. In some countries Glutinous Rice is also cooked with Coconut Milk and sugar for sweet dishes. Combine 1 cup rice, 1.5 cup water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low for 30 min. Remove from heat (with lid on!) and steam for 10 minutes.
